Taught by Miami based artists and educators, ART+TECH Summer Workshops provide a greater understanding of contemporary art practices for young students. These workshops encourage self-awareness in students interacting daily with technology and media through abstract thinking and creative problem solving. Interactive Initiative - Make to Animate 10:00AM to 4:00PM Tuesday, July 12, 2022 through Saturday, July 16, 2022 Interactive Initiative will introduce students to the process of character creation, digital painting, and world building through the use of animation technology. Students will learn to fabricate their digital illustrations into real-world puppets and create stop motion animations. Age Group: 9-15 15 students will be accepted. Click below to register Learn 0/1 - Farm to Table  10:00AM to 4:00PM Tuesday, July 19, 2022 through Saturday, July 23, 2022 Learn 0/1 will introduce students to the prototyping process, translating idea into object through concepts of art and design. Using computer modeling software, students will develop collaborative designs to be produced on-site by 3D printers.  Age Group: 9 -15 15 students will be accepted.  Click below to register
