Activities for December

Welcome December!  Happy Holidays!  We are going to use multi media, drawing, collage and print to create personalized holiday cards.  While working on our cards we will be learning about the different way people celebrate the Holidays around the world. Read on for the details...

Create a Holiday Card   

Materials

·Red/Gree/White Paper 9”X12”

·Multi Colored Construction paper 

·Pencil 

·Scissors 

·Color Pencils

·Markers

·Glue sticks
·Stamps

Steps

1) Design a holiday scene on multi colored paper 
2) Use stamps or collages 
3) Color using color pencils, markers and a black sharpie 
4) Glue the artwork on a folded red, green or white paper
