Activities for November 2022

 

Hello November! During this month we are going to explore one of the elements of art: Shape. We are going to celebrate Native American Heritage Month and Thanksgiving by creating our own clay pottery and birds.  We are also going to work on some art contests.

Activities for October 2022

Hello Fall! October brings a series of fun art activities. It’s all about pumpkins! We are first going to practice drawing pumpkins and practice value.  Afterward, we are going to celebrate the beginning of the Fall season by designing pumpkins inspired by Yayoi Kusama’s art. Finally, an optional activity is to create your own Halloween pumpkin mask. 

October is going to be fun!
