·
Digital Presentation - Increased awareness
for pet fostering.
-
Teams will create a 3-minute video
based on the thought-provoking questions
-
Create or upload a video utilizing
Flipgrid
“Thought-Provoking
Question”
The video should include your team’s researched response/creative presentation based on the following thought-provoking question: How does pet fostering save lives and bring value to the community?
- Awards: The winning videos will be added to the STEAM/Science TV as a new pet care curriculum Video as well as highlighted during the 2023 Miami-Dade Youth Fair & Exposition. Winners will be recognized during Awards Ceremony.
Notice that we received a large number of entries for this event. For that reason, instead of working independently, students may be sharing the same computer during the event.
Please, have your team arrive early, as they will have exactly 45 minutes to complete the challenge. Be mindful about the traffic pattern around Coral Way at 5 PM (It is very heavy). Students will receive their challenge at 5 PM and they will work on it until 5:45 PM. Please notice that students coming late can still compete. However, they will have less time than the other students. For example: A student arriving at 5:10 PM will only have 35 minutes to work on the challenge.
Enjoy Creating STEAM Projects!
