1) If you are part of the 26% of students who turned in their work, congratulations! You can scroll down until you reach the details for the assignments.
2) If you are one of the 288 students who did not turn in their assignments or you are still not sure how to best send your work, I want to go over a few things with you.
Following, I'm going to show you how to get on Teams, ask questions, and turn in your projects.
You are going to keep making art from your home. Whatever device you use, you will need to take a picture at one point for me to see your work and give you a grade. I will communicate with you using Teams to help you create your assignments and help you send your pictures. This is how Microsoft Teams works.
If you haven't done it already, sign in to your student portal and click on Office 365 and then Teams. Play the following videos if you are having trouble.
How to take screenshots

For Macs open this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361
You can also use your phone
Once you get to Teams it will look like the following image when you click on your art class section. From there you can click on the "Assignments" section and upload your picture to the "Add work" section. If you are having trouble with that, you can upload it through a post in the chat section using the "Attach" button that looks like a paper clip. If that still does not work, you can show me your work when you join in one of our weekly online video meetings.
Let's Review the Steps
If you are still having difficulties you can e-mail me by clicking on the blue OUTLOOK e-mail icon and send me a message at dorothywawa@dadeschools.net
As a reminder, beginning on Monday, April 6, ALL STUDENTS are accountable for their learning. What does that mean?
It means that:
- you will need to sign in to your student portal every day of the week. That will be for your attendance.
- you will need to work on ALL your assignments for ALL your classes and turn them in. That will be for your grades.
